Recipe : No Machine Salted Caramel Choco Chips Ice Cream

Very easy to make ! Try this at home !

As an avid sweet-tooth, I always love experimenting on making those luscious desserts at home. I loveeee desserts until at the point that I'm worried about getting diabetes. Lols ! But yeah, just got checked my blood sugar level 2 days ago and thank God it's beyond normal. Yay!

So yeah, living in the tropical country of Indonesia, it does makes you craving ice cream, A LOT. Especially when it's 28-30°C outside, you will looking for something that soothes you right? I always wanna make ice cream with various crazy flavors! Doesn't chocolate, strawberry and vanilla, a bit boring ? But yeah, you definitely need an ice cream maker if you wanna make the smooth and creamy ice cream, and the machine was quite expensive here in Jakarta.

But, worry no more ! Another kitchen hack has been invented ! Now you can make delish homemade ice cream with soooo little ingredients, and equipments ! I've tried this recipe many times, from Lavender ice cream, Mint and Chocolate to Mango, it all works well!

After trying couple of times, I think using Non Dairy Whipped Cream is the best option for this recipe. Because it does not greasy in your mouth. Not like if you use Dairy one.

So after I make the ice cream, I make a parfait with it. Only had cornflakes and leftover chocolate sponge cake, so why not? haha.... Ok so try this recipe guys and let me know if you've tried it! I bet you will get addicted, just like me!
