Eat and Donate with Dill Gourmet !

In the month of October, I got a chance to visit Dill Gourmet at Plaza Indonesia. During 1st July 2015 - 30th November 2015, Dill Gourmet held '153 Days of Happiness', which you can donate to chosen foundation. On October, they collaborate with JPCC Foundation which focusing on clean water supply for people in Nias, Kupang, Moluccas and Papua. 

So every month Dill Gourmet created Special Menu that if you purchased them, they will donate the exact amount to the foundation. So let's contribute!

 So one of their special menu is this, Pork Belly Sliders - IDR 85.000,- ( Package Price IDR 153.000,- include drink and dessert ). The sliders was served with Ponzu Mayo and Pickled Red Onion. The pork belly was sooooo juicy! It melts in your mouth! I wish the Ponzu mayo are more stronger though, but I love the balance of tangy and sweet Pickled Red Onion.

Another one is Whiskey BBQ Baby Back Ribs - IDR 120.000,- ( Package Price IDR 153.000,- include drink ). This one is quite unique and very American IMO because they serve it with cornbread. The Ribs was actually tasted good with tangy BBQ taste, but the meat was a bit dry. The cornbread was good enough, but it will taste better if it serve warm. The creamy baby potatoes was serve with the skin on, which is quite different because you can taste the texture of potato skins.

Don't miss this dessert, Banana Pudding - IDR 45.000,- because it's the bomb ! Loving how they presented it with cold custard cream! The banana pudding is soft and light, with strong banana taste. Nice !!

And for the drinks, Mintchee Cooler - IDR 40.000,- and Vanilla Coffee Smoothie - IDR 40.000,-. Each of it wasn't too sweet, so it's suitable to my palate.
